The Carmina Burana Gala of the Alfredo de Saint-Malo Festival presents an unforgettable night of music and dance. The program begins with the world premiere of the concerto for two double basses Love and Betrayal, by Cuban composer Mauricio J. Rodríguez, performed by soloists Luis Gómez-Imbert and Yun-Chiao Wei. The evening culminates with a majestic production by Carmina Burana, performed by the Festival Orchestra and Choir, under the direction of maestro Javier Mendoza, along with talented dancers from various dance schools in Panama.
