Graciela Nuñez

Graciela Núñez, a renowned Panamanian violinist, began her musical studies under the guidance of her father, Gonzalo Núñez, and with teachers such as Adriano Vásquez and José Cedeño.
At the age of 13, he joined the Panama National Symphony Orchestra, where he currently serves as the principal second violinist.
He earned his Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Kansas and his master’s degree from Northern Illinois University with the help of a Fulbright-LASPAU Fellowship.
She has served as concertmaster of the NIU Philharmonic and has worked with the National Concert Association of Panama, teaching and mentoring young musicians.
He has been a member of groups such as “Cronus” and “Sforzato,” and has performed at classical music and jazz festivals in various countries.

A member of the American String Teachers Association since 2005, he conducts research on motivation, technique, and musicians’ well-being.
In addition to her work on musical fusion projects, she also teaches at the University of Panama and the Danilo Pérez Foundation.
Passionate about nature, Chelín sees music as her universal home.
